I have used an #8 manila tag, made a background based on Tim Holtz papillon stamp that was embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I have used pearls, Tim Holtz tape, Wilton doily, flower from Panduro, dymo tape, Smash date stamp, Norsk stempelblad Gratulerer stamp, a stamp of a lady, seam ribbon, frosted lace stickles as bling (on drink, flower, lips and earrings), distress re-inkers Vintage photo, Mustard Seed, Worn lipstick, dress charm and Promarkers Blush and pink.
